Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re prorated for the remaining days. If you downgrade, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for teams that need it.
No contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Annual plans are billed upfront and save you 2 months — but if you need to cancel mid-year, we prorate a refund for unused months.
Your compliance log data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything (JSON format) before or during that window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Any order in your TikTok Shop that SellerOps monitors during a billing cycle. Orders that are completed, cancelled, or returned still count toward the limit. If you approach your limit, we’ll notify you with options to upgrade. We never stop monitoring mid-cycle.
