  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Cancel Plan. You'll retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting

  • First, verify your notification settings in the dashboard under Settings β†’ Notifications. Check that email alerts are enabled and your email is correct. Also check your spam/junk folder. Finally, ensure your alert thresholds are configuredβ€”if thresholds are too low, alerts may not trigger.
  • Try reconnecting from your dashboard under Settings β†’ Connected Shops β†’ Reconnect. If the issue persists, TikTok may have revoked API access (this can happen after password changes). Simply re-authorize SellerOps through the OAuth flow. Your historical data will be preserved.
  • Our data comes directly from TikTok's official API. If something looks incorrect, first check TikTok Seller Center to compare the values. There can be a 15-30 minute sync delay. If the discrepancy persists after an hour, please contact us with screenshots from both SellerOps and Seller Center so we can investigate.
