SellerOps Watcher monitors your TikTok Shop orders and alerts you before shipping deadlines pass. It connects to TikTok’s API, calculates each order’s dispatch deadline in your store timezone, and sends escalating alerts so you can act before cutoff.
Why Late Dispatch Rate Matters
TikTok tracks your Late Dispatch Rate (LDR), the percentage of orders you ship past the platform’s dispatch deadline. A high LDR triggers account penalties, drops your search ranking, and can lead to suspension.
Watcher helps keep LDR under control by surfacing at-risk orders early and escalating alerts as deadlines approach.

Core Features
- SLA Alerts: Escalating email alerts at T-24, T-12, and T-4 hours before each order’s dispatch deadline.
- Exception Queue: A live dashboard of orders that need your attention, sorted by urgency.
- Near-Miss Counter: Tracks orders you shipped within 4 hours of the deadline. These are saves, but they signal operational risk.
- LDR Tracking: Week-over-week Late Dispatch Rate with trend direction so you can see if fulfillment is improving or slipping.
- Weekly Summary: Monday summary email with prior-week performance and risk trends.
How Watcher Works
Watcher pulls orders from TikTok’s API and calculates dispatch deadlines in your store timezone. As each deadline approaches, Watcher sends alerts by email at three escalation stages:
- T-24 hours: Early heads-up. Gives you a full day to plan fulfillment.
- T-12 hours: Increased urgency. Time to act if you haven’t already.
- T-4 hours: Critical. Final warning before a likely late mark.
Dashboard at a Glance
Your Watcher dashboard shows everything you need to protect your account:
- Orders at risk: Count of orders approaching dispatch deadline.
- Countdown timers: Per-order time remaining with color-coded urgency.
- Current LDR: Late Dispatch Rate as a percentage.
- Trend direction: Whether your LDR is improving or worsening compared to the previous week.
