Violation and Risk Alerts
Risk and Compliance Signals
SellerOps surfaces operational risk signals that help you avoid late dispatch outcomes. This page explains the signals shown in product and API.
Key Signals in SellerOps
| Signal | What It Measures | Where You See It |
|---|---|---|
| Late Dispatch Rate (LDR) | Percent of shipped orders posted after dispatch deadline | Dashboard risk summary + rate summary API |
| Orders at risk now | Open orders approaching dispatch cutoff | Dashboard + rate summary API |
| Near-misses prevented | Orders alerted at T-12/T-4 and still shipped on time | Alert stats API + dashboard stat cards |
| Risk score (0-100) | Composite score from LDR, near-miss rate, response behavior, and sync reliability | Compliance components (where enabled) |
Current Dashboard Risk Bands
Risk Summary Card currently uses internal visual bands:
- Normal: LDR below 2%
- Warning: LDR from 2% to below 4%
- Urgent: LDR 4% and above
These are SellerOps display bands and may not exactly match TikTok’s latest enforcement language.
Important Policy Note
Do not hardcode assumptions about TikTok point scales across regions. Policy frameworks can differ by market and can change. Always verify current Account Health policy in your own Seller Center.
Operational Guidance
- Use T-24 and T-12 alerts to clear backlog before orders enter critical windows.
- Treat repeated near-misses as process risk even when LDR is still low.
- Review weekly trend movement, not just one-day snapshots.
