Order Monitoring Dashboard
The dashboard is Watcher’s operational command center for dispatch-risk monitoring.
Exception Queue
The main dashboard view (/dashboard) focuses on dispatch-sensitive orders and urgency countdowns.
Core stat cards include:
- At Risk Today
- Total Orders
- Past Due
- Total Value
Additional cards (for example alert totals, near-misses, weekly LDR) appear when supporting data is available for the account/store context.
Urgency Levels
| Level | Window | Visual |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | 4 hours or less | Red emphasis |
| Warning | Up to 12 hours | Yellow emphasis |
| Caution | Above warning window | Amber emphasis |
| Normal | Low urgency | Green emphasis |
Risk Summary Card
The risk summary panel highlights:
- Late Dispatch Rate percentage
- Orders at risk
- Active monitored order count
All Orders Page
The All Orders page (/orders) provides a monitored order table with:
- Status filtering
- Pagination
- Order detail navigation
- JSON export
The interface currently shows an auto-refresh indicator of 5 minutes.
Order Detail View
Order detail pages (/orders/[id]) include deadline context, timeline events, and SLA explanation.
Activity Log
Activity Log and Activity Export workflows are available when Defender access is enabled for the account.
Countdown timers update continuously in the UI, while order list data refreshes on interval polling.
