Email (Watcher Baseline)
- Watcher alerts are delivered by email for T-24, T-12, and T-4 stages.
- Delivery uses SellerOps transactional email infrastructure.
- Use an inbox that is actively monitored by your operations team.
Slack (Defender Routing)
Defender introduces Slack workspace connection and per-alert routing controls.
- Connect workspace from Settings
- Route alert types to Slack channels
- Apply quiet-hours behavior for non-critical routing windows
SMS (Operator)
Operator is planned to add SMS as an additional alert channel for high-priority workflows.
Quiet Hours
Quiet-hours controls are part of Defender routing. Watcher does not expose these controls.
For Watcher users, email remains the primary and expected alert path.
