Email (Watcher Baseline)

  • Watcher alerts are delivered by email for T-24, T-12, and T-4 stages.
  • Delivery uses SellerOps transactional email infrastructure.
  • Use an inbox that is actively monitored by your operations team.

Slack (Defender Routing)

Defender introduces Slack workspace connection and per-alert routing controls.

  • Connect workspace from Settings
  • Route alert types to Slack channels
  • Apply quiet-hours behavior for non-critical routing windows

SMS (Operator)

Operator is planned to add SMS as an additional alert channel for high-priority workflows.

Quiet Hours

Quiet-hours controls are part of Defender routing. Watcher does not expose these controls.

For Watcher users, email remains the primary and expected alert path.
