Common Issues
Common Issues
This page covers frequent Watcher issues and practical fixes.
No Orders Showing on Dashboard
- Initial sync may still be running after first connection.
- If you see a connection-expired banner, reconnect your store.
- Exception Queue focuses on dispatch-sensitive open orders; fully completed/cancelled workflows will not appear there.
If still empty after sync completes, reconnect from Settings and verify the correct TikTok shop was authorized.
Not Receiving Alert Emails
- Check spam/junk filters first.
- Confirm account email is correct.
- Confirm billing/trial state is active (inactive accounts do not continue alert processing).
- If Defender routing is enabled, review routing and quiet-hours settings.
Connection Expired Banner
After repeated token refresh failures, SellerOps requires reconnection.
- Click reconnect from banner/settings.
- Complete TikTok authorization again.
- Wait for refresh/sync to stabilize.
“Shop Already Connected” Error
A TikTok shop can only be linked to one SellerOps account at a time. Disconnect from the other account first (or contact support if unknown).
LDR Looks Unexpected
- LDR is percentage-based, so low-volume weeks can swing sharply.
- Trend cards compare weekly windows; check both current and previous week context.
- Review near-miss and at-risk counts alongside LDR for full context.
Dashboard Feels Slow to Update
Order lists use interval refresh (UI currently indicates 5-minute auto-refresh), while countdown timers continue updating live in the browser.
- Allow one full refresh cycle after major order updates.
- Reload browser tab if UI state appears stale.
For unresolved issues, contact support with store ID, affected order IDs, and approximate timestamp of the issue.
