Alert Types Overview

This page summarizes the alert and notification types currently implemented in SellerOps.

1) Dispatch Deadline Alerts (Watcher Core)

Type Trigger Watcher Channel Notes
T-24 24 hours before dispatch deadline Email Early warning
T-12 12 hours before dispatch deadline Email Escalation warning
T-4 4 hours before dispatch deadline Email Critical warning

Defender routing (when enabled) can add Slack behavior and quiet-hours controls.

2) Weekly Compliance Summary Emails

SellerOps sends weekly summary emails on Monday at 9:00 AM in store-local time. Template variants are selected by trial/paid status and at-risk count for the week.

3) Trial Lifecycle Emails

Type Trigger
T-5 reminder 5 days before trial end (local date)
T-2 reminder 2 days before trial end (local date)
T-0 reminder Trial end date (local date)
Trial expired Trial expiry job updates billing state

4) Account and Billing Transactional Emails

Implemented transactional email flows include:

  • Welcome
  • Shop connected
  • First order synced
  • Payment success / payment failed / monthly payment
  • Payment method expiring soon
  • Subscription cancelled
  • Reauthorization required
  • Daily exception digest (scheduled per store local time)

5) Alert Metrics Available in API

  • alerts_sent_t24
  • alerts_sent_t12
  • alerts_sent_t4
  • alerts_sent_total
  • near_misses_prevented
